Description
The domain Finca del Rosario is peace at its core. It is located on a table mountain in the valley with a total surface area of 40 hectares. In the centre of this entirely renovated domain is a swimming pool, partially surrounded by the apartments. It exhales the typical Canarian atmosphere and has authentic Canarian managers.
The domain offers a beautiful view on the valley and is located in the vicinity of the picturesque village Fataga, at less then 30 minutes from the coast.
Environment
The Finca is located in the Ayagaures and the Pilancones National Park, an ecological important, protected area and also a bird sanctuary.
It is a unique Finca, in the ‘Valley of thousand palm trees’, a place to dream away, completely imbedded in peace, where you forget daily life. The village Fataga is located at approximately 1 kilometre from the domain, in the southern part of Gran Canaria and 600 to 700 metres above sea level. You will get there by following the road from Maspalomas to San Barolomé de Tirajana.
Facilities
The Finca has the disposal of:
- 10 apartments with 2 double rooms and equipped with a joint bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine, completely furnished kitchen corner, parlour with TV, wireless internet , located around the inner yard where the swimming pool is located.
- All apartments will be cleaned once a week.
- A room where the joint meals are served:
- 09:00 am | breakfast under the form of a buffet
- 11:00 am | tea, juice and fresh fruit
- 01:00 pm | light lunch
- 04:00 pm | tea, juice and fresh fruit
- 07:00 pm | main menu
- A swimming pool with chairs and parasols.
- A joint parlour where people can drink something or chat up, with adjacent terrace with chairs and parasols.
- Group accommodation with:
- A roofed over terrace, concrete flooring, surface area approximately 50m².
- An oblong room with a thatched roof, sand flooring, surface area approximately 100m².
- A new closed place, 150m2, a wooden roof with a view over the valley.
- A joint apartment to organize inside activities or to watch an inspiring movie all together.
- Much open space on the domain, for example surrounding the pool, looking over the valley.
- Sheltered places in the orchard to organize meditation sessions and trainings.

Description
Montecristo is a beautiful resort with 40.000m² of picturesque landscapes with a botanical garden and an art park. The resort has a great variety of tropical and exotic plants. The owner of the resort is the international artist Guy Martin, of whom you can admire various sculptures in the garden. Montecristo is an ideal location for people who want to combine a holiday, art, meditation and regeneration.
The resort is built against the flank of the valley and consists of 3 levels, with beautifully constructed stairs and pathways in between.
Environment
The resort is situated in the valley of Ayagaurus at only 15 minutes from the coast and from Playa del Ingles. On the road to the resort you will pass the water park Aqualand, with a bus station and a taxi stop. This is at approximately 5 kilometres from the resort. However, taxis can come all the way to the resort too.
Facilities
The resort has the disposal of:
- 7 double rooms equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- This is standard included in the accommodation price. A single room can be reserved for a surplus of €15 per day.
- 3 wooden studios for 2 persons, equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1 stone studio for 2 persons, equipped with a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- In case you arrive before the start of the theme week or if you stay longer, it is possible to book a room with breakfast.
- All rooms and studios are cleaned once a week.
- A swimming pool with chairs and parasols.
- A restaurant where all meals are served:
- 09:00 am | breakfast
- 01:00 pm | light lunch
- 06.30 pm | main menu consisting of 3 courses with the choice for meat, fish or vegetarian
- A small but very cosy swimming pool with chairs and parasols.
- Group accommodations with:
- A cave with a surface area of 200m². Suited for large groups of more then 15 persons and ideal on colder or hot days and for evening activities.
- A terrace of 55m² with stone flooring, equipped with a tent. Depending on the activity, it is suited for a maximum of 8 to 15 persons. Very beautiful location with a view on the valley.
- An open chapel for ceremonies and meditations.
- A wooden stage of 40m².
- Several seats and small corners.
