Foot reflexology is a soft, calming and yet efficient therapy based on massaging and stimulating the reflex areas on the feet. Here, the body is anatomically projected in the feet and the organs are approached in a positive way.
It is a reflex therapy whereby your body responds to impulses and the body is stimulated to return to its homeostasis, its natural state of balance.

This treatment consists of a belly massage and a treatment of lymph and feet.
Lymphatic drainage stimulates the excretion of fluids in the body through the lymphatic system.
Here, waste material is eliminated from the body and the lymphatic vessels are stimulated. Therefore lymphatic drainage will help to reduce the negative consequences from too many fluids. Problems like cellulite, heavy and tired legs, varicose veins, digestion problems and bowel movement problems can be reduced. In combination with foot reflexology, this therapy has the best result for stimulating and supporting the fluid management and blood circulation.
